ZENIT Cylindrical and Conical Poles

The new Zenit conical poles, manufactured with innovative ERW technology, represent a significant step forward compared to traditional poles, both from an aesthetic and functional perspective.

Aesthetically, they stand out for their exceptionally smooth and uniform surface, free from visible welds, which gives a modern and clean appearance, ideal for harmonious integration in urban and architectural contexts.

In terms of structural resistance, Zenit poles offer a notable advantage thanks to the use of a special type of steel, selected for its high robustness. They are made of S235JR steel and subjected to hot-dip galvanizing with an average thickness of 70 microns, compliant with ISO 1461 standard. Subsequently, they are treated with the C5 plus cycle to resist marine environments and painted with thermosetting powders, reaching an average thickness of 190 microns. Resistance to mechanical tests is guaranteed by ISO 1519, ISO 2409, ISO 1520, ISO 2815 and STM D2794 standards.

Regarding resistance to chemical tests, the poles comply with ISO 9227, ISO 6270, ISO 3231, ISO 2810, ISO 1134-1, ISO 11507 and EN 2260-1 standards.
