Open Companies is a special initiative that allows us to open our doors to the public, telling up close who we are, what we do, and how we work every day.
A Saturday of Sharing On Saturday, September 27, 2025, we welcomed our territory in collaboration with Confindustria Bergamo, with the goal of strengthening dialogue between businesses and the local community.
The response was extraordinary: over 90 people registered for the event, including curious citizens wanting to know our reality and professionals interested in our activities. Seeing this genuine interest was truly moving.
Visitors explored the company accompanied by our employees, discovering the processes, technologies, and people who daily animate our spaces. The day concluded with a convivial moment during the reception, a precious opportunity to gather impressions, suggestions, and proposals that help us grow and always acquire new skills.
All of this is based on a fundamental principle: listening. This is where corporate memory is born, the one that allows us to assimilate not only new skills, but also new needs of the territory. By making them our own and addressing them together, we develop tailor-made responses for those who work with us and for those who expect to be treated anonymously but, instead, encounter a company that makes the art of listening concrete.
Our reality – made up of those who work with us and for us, of those who contribute with their spark – is founded on a set of strengths and values that make our future path increasingly clear and shared.
